The legislative decree dated March 14th, 2013 n 33 reorganizes the legislation on the duties of the public administrations as far as advertisement, transparency e information dissemination are concerned and dictates the rules of data presentation on international sites.

Transparency is intended as the total accessibility to information on the public administrations’ organization and activities, in order to favor widespread forms of control on the use of the public resources.
